Price Drops Coming, Brace for More
Real estate prices have declined over the past several months with more price reduction to come. The median home price has dropped by 7% since peaking in June 2022. But sales volume is down by over 24% since last year. “We expect a drop of 15% to 20% over the next year (2023)…” per Ian Shepherdson, chief economist at the Pantheon Macroeconomics.

CDC: 1 in 9 Students in Middle and High School Use Tobacco
Their survey suggests that 16.5% of high school student and 4.5% of middle school students use tobacco. More than 3 million youth in grades 6 through 12 use some type of tobacco. See much more on the CDC website.

Christians in England and Wales Drop. The number of people identifying as Christian has fallen to less than half of the population for the first time in history, according to data released from the 2021 census in the UK.

1 in 7 Seniors Skipped Meals Due to Inflation Burden: Survey

Seniors have been severely affected by inflation. Most had to cut back on spending, and many needed to take “drastic” measures, such as skipping meals, according to a recent survey. Inflation has been exceptionally high this year, rising to a four-decade high of 9 percent in June before cooling down to 7.7 percent in October. Daily necessities such as food, shelter, and energy have soared in price.
