#75 – Improvement: a Goal

Above is the ARX (Alpha) weight training machine that I have been using at our local Laboratory Fitness complex. It is designed to provide the right amount of resistence any one can handle on every rep of every set. Over the past few months, my experience has been a 26% improvement in my strength overall. Currently, I workout with guided coaching twice a week.

1. The mighty lion who doesn’t retreat before any.
2. The strutting rooster in the barn yard.
3. The male goat in the pasture.
4. And a king or ruler when his army is with him.
